GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The owner of the website, the store as well as the seller within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code is Simple Dream with its registered office in Gorlice at Broniewskiego Street 9 m.44, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity in Gorlice with the NIP number 7381249443 and REGON 384439764, referred to in the further part of the Regulations as Simple Dream.
2. The Regulations define the rules for selling Simple Dream products, in particular the rules for registering and using an individual Customer account, booking products, placing orders and concluding sales contracts.
3. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and special
laws shall apply.
4. The current content of the Regulations is available to the Customer in the “Regulations” tab
on the store’s website.
5. The store owner reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations at any time by
publishing a new version of the Regulations on the website.
6. Products offered in the store are marked, with an indication of the product’s own name, its
code and price. The information is supplemented with an indication of the material from
which the product was made, its specific properties, dimensions or colors, information about
the waiting time for the product or stock level, as well as any other information that Simple
Dream considers valuable to the Customer.
7. Photos and representations of the offered products are for illustrative purposes only, and
their possible deviation from the actual appearance of the product cannot be the basis for
making any claims. The available range of products, their specification and prices may be
subject to current changes, in particular individual products may be introduced or withdrawn
from the market and covered or withdrawn from the promotion, with the proviso that changes
introduced after the conclusion of the sales contract may not apply to Customers who have
concluded such agreements.
8. The information about products published on the website does not constitute an offer within
the meaning of Articles 66 and 661 of the Civil Code, but is an invitation to submit an offer to
conclude a sales contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
9. The condition for making a purchase is to read and accept these Regulations, each time
during the transaction, made by checking the appropriate box on the form available on the
store’s website.
10. The conclusion of the sales contract is preceded by placing an order on the form available
on the website. When completing the form, the Customer is obliged to provide precise information corresponding to the current state of affairs, to the extent specified by the content of the form. If the data disclosed in the form do not meet the above requirements, and in
particular when they hinder or prevent the execution of the order, it will not be carried out with the proviso that if the Customer provides contact details, an attempt may be made to contact him to determine the information necessary to perform the order.
11. The administrator of personal data is Alicja Bucyk SDP (Simple Dream) with its registered office in Gorlice at Broniewskiego Street 9 m.44, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business in Gorlice with the NIP number 7381249443 and REGON 384439764. The Administrator is obliged to provide all possible and legally permissible measures aimed at protecting Customer’; personal data against access by unauthorized persons. The Administrator undertakes to use customers’; personal data only for purposes related to the implementation of the order. The Administrator may use the collected data for marketing purposes only after obtaining a separate consent of the Customer.
12. Contracts concluded as a result of acceptance of the order have the character of distance
contracts concluded by means of communication and the provisions of the Act of 2 March
2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, as well as other relevant legal acts, apply to them.
13. Simple Dream consolidates, secures and makes available the essential provisions of contracts concluded by means of distance communication by printing and sending the Customer a proof of purchase together with the ordered products.
14. The Agreement may be concluded only in Polish
15. The contract is concluded at the time of acceptance of the Customer’s offer, in the manner
described in point 24 of these Regulations.
16. The parties to the concluded agreement are the Customer and Simple Dream with its
registered office in Gorlice.
17. The prices appearing on the website are gross prices and are expressed in Polish zlotys.
Shipping costs should be added to the price.
18. When choosing a product, the Customer may indicate a convenient form of payment for
him – by traditional transfer or via the PayU service.
19. Orders are accepted on the store’s website, around the clock, 7 days a week. Simple
Dream reserves the right to limit or disable the availability of the website or the ordering
function from time to time, for technical or organizational reasons.
20. The order can be placed from the Customer’s account that he previously registered in the
store’s database, or directly, without the need to register. Orders are placed on a form
developed by the store, and their submission is done by adding a given product with an
indication of its quantity and possibly color, to the shopping cart.
21. After completing the data necessary to ship the product, the Customer may approve the
order by pressing the "Place order" button, or change both the ordered products and his data.
After pressing the “Place order” button, any change in the content of the order or the data
provided is not possible.
22. An order placed in the manner described in point 21 above constitutes the Customer’s offer to Simple Dream regarding the purchase of products highlighted in the order, for the price indicated therein.
23. After placing the order, a message about the acceptance of the order will be generated by
e-mail to the Customer’s address. Simple Dream reserves the right to reject the order while
stating the reason for the refusal of execution.
24. The order confirmation should contain a list of products covered by the order, their price,
payment terms, method and delivery address. Sending a confirmation of receipt of payment is tantamount to concluding a sales contract.
25. The condition for the execution of the order is the payment in advance by the Customer of the full amount due resulting from the received order confirmation, including shipping costs.
26. The products covered by the order are sent via DPD courier company to the Customer to
the address indicated in the order within 3 working days from the date of booking the payment of the full amount due resulting from the order. Along with the shipment, the Customer will be informed about this fact by e-mail. The cost of delivery is 20 PLN.
28. Shipment of products covered by the order takes place as a courier shipment. DPD is
solely responsible for delays resulting from late delivery.
29. Simple Dream shall be liable to the Customer who is a consumer for the non-compliance of the sold products with the sales contract, on the terms described in the Act on Special Conditions of Consumer Sales and amending the Civil Code of 27 July 2002 and in other, separate regulations.
30. In relation to the Customer who is not a consumer, Simple Dream is liable under the warranty, on the terms set out in the Civil Code.
31. Complaints should be submitted in person or by sending to the following address: Alicja Bucyk SDP, Broniewskiego 9/44, 38-300 Gorlice or by sending to the e-mail address of****@si*****************.com. In order for the complaint to be considered effective, it must contain the Customer’s data, his correspondence address, indication of the defect, the date of its detection, the requested method of removing the defect, proof of purchase and the product covered by the complaint.
32. Simple Dream will consider the complaint and inform the Customer about this fact within
14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, provided that it meets the conditions indicated in point 32 above. If the complaint is not complete, for example it does not contain a proof of purchase or the product complained about, Simple Dream will call the Customer to
complete the complaint, and the period of 14 days will be counted from the date of completing the complaint.
33. If the complaint is accepted, Simple Dream will send back at its expense to the Customer
a full-fledged product (new or repaired in a way that ensures no defects), or return the price of
the product covered by the complaint to the Customer.
34. The customer may withdraw from the concluded sales contract within 14 days from the
date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason and return the goods immediately to the store. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the sales contract, the Customer submits statements via the return form about withdrawal from the concluded contract. After its submission, it sends to the address of the store the products to which the contract relates (in a state without any traces of use), along with documents confirming compliance with the 14-day deadline from the date of purchase (receipt or invoice).

35. In the event of withdrawal from the contract in the manner indicated in point 28, Simple
Dream is obliged to immediately return the funds to the bank account provided by the Customer, no later than within 14 days.
36. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Act of 2 March 2000 on
the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous
product (Journal of Laws of 2000 No. 22, item 271, as amended), the Act of 27 July 2002 on
special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002
No. 141, item 1176, as amended) shall apply, Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended).
37. Disputes arising from the application of these Regulations and in connection with the
performance of concluded contracts between the Store and Customers, will be considered by the Court competent according to the provisions on substantive and local jurisdiction in accordance with the Act of 17.11.1964 Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws No. 43, item 296, as amended)..
