1. Payment of the order
Payment options appear with every order. We have made available to our clients the following options: cash on delivery in Poland, traditional transfer, PayPal, Quick Transfers.
2. Packing time
Your order will be packed and shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.
3. Made in Poland
The products we create are made in Poland. We value Polish production technology as well as the quality of handicrafts. We want to cultivate the decorative tradition and promote it beyond the borders of our country.
4. Settlement
The order confirmation sent to e-mails with a payment summary is already a form of an invoice. If you wish to include a paper version in the package, please let us know. We issue a VAT invoice at the customer’s request.
5.Copyrights
We have copyrights or licenses signed with the authors for all our designs. The images used are from the public domain. The rights to use the images freed 75 years after the artist’s death.
