Exchange of goods

1. All Goods purchased in the Online Store, at the Customer’s request, are subject to exchange for another, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods to be replaced.


2. The Customer may exchange the ordered Goods for another one, sending unused and undamaged Goods in the original and undamaged packaging to the address of the Online Store, bearing the costs of returning the Goods.


3. The Customer is asked to confirm in advance by e-mail whether the expected Goods are in the Online Store’s offer. In the event of unavailability of the goods, Simple Dream will make every effort to replace the goods as soon as possible. In a situation where the exchange will be impossible (e.g. due to the exhaustion of stocks), Simple Dream will offer you to choose another available product or refund the money to the indicated account.


4. The exchange processing time is up to 7 working days, counting from the moment of receipt of the shipment by Simple Dream.

Right of withdrawal
from the contract

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with Simple Dream without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, i.e. the Consumer takes possession of the Goods or takes possession of the Goods by a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Consumer, and in the event that the Consumer places one Order covering many Goods, which are delivered separately, in batches or parts, the fourteen-day period must be counted from the moment of entering into physical possession of the last Goods, batch or part.


2. In order to comply with the fourteen-day period, it is sufficient to send an appropriate statement before its expiry.


3. The Consumer’s statement of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the Seller’s
registered office or to the e-mail address: of****@si*****************.com.


4. The Seller shall immediately confirm to the Consumer by e-mail provided in the form the receipt of a statement of withdrawal from the contract.


5. The Consumer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send back the Goods before its expiry.


6. If the Consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer bears all direct costs of returning (delivering) the Goods to the Seller’s registered office.


7. Simple Dream shall refund all payments made by the Consumer, using the same method of payment as used by the Customer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another method of return, which does not involve any costs.

 

8. In the event of the need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller made a refund to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party’s payment card.


9. The Customer should return the Goods by sending the Goods to the address of the Seller’s registered office (Broniewskiego 9/44, 38-300 Gorlice) with the note ‘Return’;.


10. The Seller is obliged to return the value of the returned goods (including the price of the
purchased products and the costs of their shipment to the Customer) within 14 days of receiving the return (shipment from the Customer).


11. The Store has the right to refuse to accept the return of goods in cases of return of damaged goods or delivery to the store of defective goods bearing traces of use.


12. The Buyer who is not a Consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract referred to in paragraph 1, and in the scope of such sale, the rules and deadlines for withdrawal from the contract are regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code.

Complaints

1. All Goods purchased in the Online Store are subject to a 2 (two) year warranty, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights and the Civil Code Act.


2. Simple Dream recommends keeping the proof of purchase – e.g. receipt, bill.


3. In the complaint notification, the Buyer should provide details of the complaint, in particular which Goods it advertises, when the defect was noticed, as well as circumstances justifying the complaint and the Buyer’s demands.


4. Simple Dream, within 14 days from the date of the Consumer’s complaint, will inform him of its position regarding the legitimacy of the claim.


5. The shipment with the complained Goods should contain the Consumer’s statement, containing a relatively accurate description of the defect of the Goods and the current return address of the Customer, with a contact telephone number or e-mail address to enable direct and immediate contact with the Consumer.


6. If, as a result of Simple Dream’s recognition of the complaint as justified, the Goods were repaired or replaced with a new one, or the complaint was rejected as unfounded, Simple Dream will immediately return such Goods to the courier company to the address provided by the Consumer, unless another form of transfer of the Goods is agreed with the Customer.


7. If Simple Dream, at the Customer’s request, has reduced the price of the advertised Goods or is to return the cash (the price of the Goods), the corresponding claim in this respect will be made by Simple Dream, using the same method of payment as used by the Customer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.


8. In a situation where the goods complained about are not collected by the Customer, Simple Dream will call the Customer in writing or possibly in another way personally agreed with Him, to collect the Goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of such a request. After the ineffective expiry of this additional period, Simple Dream will consider the complaint procedure to be completed.


9. A complaint submitted by a Buyer who is not a Consumer, without an attached document confirming the sale, will not be considered.
